We Admire

I ordered 5 customised shirts on site and the owner sold me one shirt with wrong size. I noticed it on the same evening and immediately and sent pictures for proofing the evidence. I asked for refund or to provide me with the correct size. But I have been accused that it was my mistake because I do not have noticed it myself at the time the shirt has been handed over to me. He would refund the shirt when I will pay the (international) return shipping costs + the regular shipping costs for one shirt myself which is much more than the offered refund. I tried to find a solution by writing a lot of mails. I could not believe that nowadays such behavior of „customer service“ still exists but I had no success. They keep insisting on their position that they do not need to compensate their own caused mistakes and as sign of good will they would be willing to replace it on site. Obviously the definition of customer-care here is not related to make the customer happy again. I do not recommend such business practices.
