The lady is incredibly rude, and refuses to understand what the client would like. She shouts at the client rather than talk to them nicely. I would not recommend her to anyone.

I do know very well my job , am doing it for 20 years now.
What customers should understand I do not do miracles , on some garments what the customers request its simple not possible , if they can not accept my advice its totally up to them.
As the previous feedback its'top class' , all I can say right now its a 50/50 % .
Unfortunately I can not please every single customers , will always be few unhappy , life its not as happy for some of us !
