Stay away for sure. Made a mistake on my alteration and wanted more money to correct the mistake. Customer service is non existent. Still trying to sort my problem out.

Stay away no customer services at all.
Alteration failed on the first wear rude / aggressive staff member.

To sew the wrong colour zip onto joggers and think it’s ok. No phone call to explain they not have the desired colour, and to ask if another colour is acceptable, just to do it and take 3 weeks to do so. After asking for the manger to be informed, my response was 10% discount next time.

Completely unacceptable!!

I have been using SEW in Whetstone for a long time now and I am delighted with their customer service and alterations.
Their shirt service is great too and provides clean crisp shirts at a reasonable price.

Won't be coming here again. Your seamstresses are good but your customer service apalling. If you make a mistake you need to learn to apologise and rectify it, or you will lose business! You've lost mine.
