This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dry cleaning service. I dropped my coat off on the 23rd March and was told that I would be able to collect it a week later! I had stressed that I would need my coat for a trip. When I had returned on the 30th March I was told my coat wasn’t on the premises as the ‘Manager’ had a family emergency. I once again explained that I needed my coat for a trip on the Monday evening and was reassured that I will be able to collect my Monday morning. When I had returned on Monday the lady shrugged her shoulders and laughed in my face when I had asked for my personal belongings, I had requested that she call whom ever had my coat so we can come up with a solution… the person on the other line said the coat was with her in the hospital I then suggested that she put it in an Uber or that I can collect it from her as I desperately needed the coat the person on the other line told me that I needed to have compassion and hung up on me, I understand that people have personal lives but that doesn’t not excuse that my coat was in a hospital and not within the business premises! I FINALLY Collected my coat on the 13th April after returning from my trip after I had to call to ask if my coat as ready I never received a text or a call from the business to say it was ready, an apology or any form of compensation. These people genuinely do not care about your belongings but the money they make from you. It’s absolutely disgusting how I was treated and all it would have taken to make the situation a little bit better was an ‘I’m sorry for the inconvenience’ and accountability .
