Catch22

I went to get some food after school, I ordered 3 wings and chips which is normally £2 but they charged me £4 when I went back to ask for a refund they said the payment didn’t go through anyway so I payed another 3 times which over all made me lose more than £10 and if I didn’t pay they threatened to report me to my school. Customer service is terrible aswell when I tried to argue for my money back, the 2 guys at the counter started screaming and shouting causing a whole scene, one of which tried to grab my arm. I’ve informed a lot of people about this and I have witnesses, I’ll definitely not be returning to this shop again and I do not recommend anyone to come here.
