Pizza Go Go

I always been a regular customer. However, their quality is going down day by day and their customer service. They have sent me the wrong order when complained, they wanted me to add barbercus sauce myself. I think they need to read their reviews and then sort their service.

Ordered through JustEat.co.uk waited for an hour and after calling they had no idea about our order. Was told to give it 5 minutes and call back. After 10 I called back to hear them say they still have no idea and that I could place another order that would get to me in 30 mins. I guess I go hungry tonight.

I was hung up on once, and during my order I was put on hold without warning in the middle of speaking twice. I questioned the bill total and was spoken to rudely. When I tried to cancel my order I was told I couldn't as it has been processed even though I hadn't finished speaking. When I tried to question this I was told the order was coming whether I liked it or not and the police would be called if I didn't pay. When I rang back after being hung up on once again I asked for his name, was told a fake name and was hung up on again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE

will definately recomend. A finest italian taste of pasta in pizza GoGo richmond. They have sent me x large pizza for the same price of medium. will order again again
