This is about my experience with the delivery man who is either the manager or an employee.

I ordered through Deliveroo app , however this venue is handling its own deliveries.

I had to make several calls for someone to pick up in order to get an ETA.

Finally, a man picked up and said my food would arrive in 5 minutes.

The written driver instructions clearly say " PLEASE CALL UPON ARRIVA DOORBELL BROKEN"

About 15 later , I get a call from the same man I spoke to , who said that he came to the address but could not find the number.

I then asked him which road he was on and would evade question and not answer. He EVENTUALLY ADMITTED THAT HE HAD NEVER ATTENDED THE ADDRESS BECAUSE THERE WERE ROAD WORKS. I said to him that's not my problem and he needs to deliver my food.

He refused to do so , so I hang up and called deliveroo to explain and get my money back.

Deliveroo spoke to him , and he apparently said that he delivered the food. SHOCKING RIGHT ? YEAP .

I go back down to the door and my flatmate said that a weird man was knocking his ground floor window talking nonsense in an incomprehensible manner.

BTW The driver has not yet called me to inform me he is here. He has also spoken to deliveroo and lied stating he has delivered the food .

I open the door and see a man walking with a plastic bag , so I assumed that was the delivery man. I shouted HELLO to get his attention and he made his way back. I could hear him told to deliveroo operator and said loudly how unprofessional and awful he has been and obviously disgusting for lying that he had already delivered the order.

He said that he asked the man of the address and he didn't know a delivery was coming. I then asked him if he is blind because there are CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS ON THE RECEIPT HE WAS HOLDING.

He kept talking but I had non of it really by that point and I had to tell him multiple times to leave the food and go but he wouldn't leave.

this indian take away is absolutely delicious, i reccomend all customers to come here:cheap and superb quality. 9 out of 10 for me, definatley.
