I have tonight ordered a delivery from the Peking Boat via the Hungry House website - I received an email stating that they received my order; however after an hour and a half I telephoned the Peking Boat as we had received nothing. I had an absolute zero customer service as after several phone calls stating they were trying to find the delivery driver whom had our order they finally called me back stating they hadn't received my order. Then had the cheek to offer a 40% discount where I would have to pay again - as they denied all responsibility for taking my money. I have been advised I will receive a full refund within 24 hours and then I receive an email from HungryHouse stating that I have canceled my order and will receive a refund in 3 days - oh and have a nice night. I will never use either HungryHouse or Peking Boat again - I suggest everyone else uses a different service also. So much for customer service - who cares about the customer anyway!
