I have ordered food from this shop for the past 3 yrs, I used to rate it as 10/10 but it's standards have slipped so much. My recent order which wasn't a difficult one ( 2 steak/kidney pies, large chips and mushy peas ) turned up promptly that's all that was good about our meal. Ordered large chips to share , there was a half of a normal portion and they were Luke warm. The mushy peas tasted metallic so were thrown away and the pies were stone cold ( despite me ordering HOT pies. In the end we threw the meal away and ordered Chinese . They always blame it on new staff when you call to compl

Ordered from just eat, given a 40 minute delivery time, 1 HR later we rang and we were told food was on its way over the next hour we rang 3 more times being told the same thing. Once we got to two hours they stopped answering the phone 2.5 hours later still no food so order was cancelled through just eat!!! Now have to wait 7 days for my money back as I paid by card!! Awful service do not order from here!!!

I used Barry's for the first time last week and was very pleased with my order. The food arrived quickly, the fish was cooked to perfection and the chips were good too. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Disgusted Beef ordering for a number of years from this shop but recent staff changes has made it awfull. From.being a hour or so late after being told will be with u in 40mins. Missing items from the order not to.mention food was stone cold. After ringing the manager hung up on me twice when he did talk he blamed me saying i didn't order them items so I asked why have you billede for them then to which he hung up again. Finally offered me a refund but when it was quieter or less busy and not call him again.
Defiantly avoid at all costs

I order from here all the time because its a local but recent staff changes has changed the outcome of the food its always cold one or more items are always missing which means I have to keep calling them back to only here next time you order we give it. Whats the point?? I would not recommend this place unless you go there yourself to pick up your food

Don't be fooled this is not a good takeaway. I gave them a chance and ordered twice from them - first time they said 40-45mins they took over an hour and two phone calls. Second time 1 hour 50 minutes after being quoted 40mins. Obviously the food was cold and so was the guy on the end of the phone!

They have the best fish and chips! The food is always delivered hot and the service is fast, they do always deliver within 40mins, the quickest delivery we have had from them is 20mins.

The special buger is really good as well as there doner kebab, lamb and chicken, would really highly recommend them.

I always order my chicken doners from here and they are the best around here, for kebab i highly recommend, also they never take longer than 35 mins to deliver

Ive ordered from here quite a few times, no problems.
but last night the food took an hour to turn up, was hard
chips, not even good enough to give away.
i paid for my order also giving a 2pound tip,
go in check my order, had 4 items missing.

i phoned them told them nicely about my order,
the guy said really busy ill check it out and hung up.
never heard anything else.
so the menus are now ripped up.
i wanted to rate 0 but 1 was the lowest.
