Elite Peri Peri

I just went into Elite and found two of their female staff to be incredibly rude and hostile. They overcharged me for an order that they took down incorrectly and made no attempt to apologise or rectify their mistake.

Usually I would not be bothered enough by bad customer service to leave a Google review but the difference in how they treated me in comparison to another customer was quite astounding. She had been waiting quite a while for her order and they went to lengths to appease her. Even offering her fries (the fries that should have been part of my order).
