I called to order a large pizza at work for my colleagues and I. I asked for the hot vegetarian pizza and repeated my order twice to make sure I was clear and properly heard. When the pizza arrived it was a plain vegetarian pizza, not the one I ordered. After realising this, I called again and told them that the pizza delivered was not what I asked for and the man replied loudly saying its your problem and that he wont do anything about it since 'its done'. Their customer service is absolutely appalling, their pizza was cold. I wont order from them again.
