I will never visit this branch again. I was told my order was big and that I should double check it. Was not given all the items and upon my return my complaint was totally ignored. I had to buy again missing items as one of my children were without a meal. Rude ignorant and unpleasant staff

The main thing is the staff at the KFC Harrow Rd W9 store need to stop talking about their customers in their language. The evening I went there I made my order. I had to return immediately to the shop as my chips were cold.
I politely asked for a fresh portion, the lady who had served me then went to the fryer where two other male staff were standing and they began talking loudly to each other and giggling. I was made to feel like they were talking about me and laughing in their language, and when I was then presented with yet another COLD portion of chips I got the feeling they were talking about me laughing about having given me another portion of chips from the same cold batch. I tried telling them several times that it was rude of them to be talking their language in front of customers but they stupidly and disrespectfully kept trying to justify it by lying that they were talking about cleaning.
