Caroline's Pizza

Great Pizzas but staff flirt with female customers which is the reason I wont go back. Very upset as Pizza is very good.

Been using for a little while but been going down the drain slowly but surely do not order from here always cold and customer service is ****

Very disappointed. Received one of the worst customer service from the manager who was rude and arrogant. Shouted at me on the phone and told me to go anywhere else. This isn't the 1st time I ordered from them but I was stunned to the reaction I received from the manager himself. Unwilling to help or listen. Kept harassing me by calling me with private number despite hanging up on my call. This is the last time I shall ever order from them. He needs to be taught manners before being able to run a business.

Very rude customer service. We ordered 3 jacket potatoes which were all uncooked and raw. The arrogant man started shouting and screaming when we asked for a refund and insted of offering an alternative order he told us 'don't give me this, go somewhere else'. We then had to contact just eat and ask then to provide us with a refund, the messenger boy came and dug his finger in the potato and goes it's cooked n expected us to eat that. He didn't want to take the food back but we told him to show his manager who will be very unsuccessful in his life.

i dont think they are rude because i've ordered from them a couple of times now and they've been quite nice. and their pizza is lovely.but i agree sometimes try to at least act a little friendly.

Very rude customer service, he answered the phone with what do u want, when I tried to explain he started huffing and puffing. Very very rude I can't express how rude the guy on the phone was. I couldn't even order I wouldn't recommend this pizza to anybody. If your reading this you are the one getting paid money so change your stinking attitude
