The delivery guy actually went to a completely different house and delivered our food. Instead of using the house caller/numpad/dialler they instead used our mobile to call (probably because they were in a completely different location).
We returned the call 5-10 minutes later, found that they had delivered the food to "our brother", whom was described as a black gentlemen. (we are not from African/Jamaican or any dark skinned descent....).
They then started blaming us for not picking up the phone and refused to give us a refund. Both the delivery guy AND the guy in the shop both argued and refused to assist. How can you blame the recipients, when you went to the wrong house AND gave the food away to some random person?
I have never received such bad service in my life, and will gladly never buy from here again.
I suggest as an improvement to actually CHECK the names of the recipients, rather than blindly giving to a random person.
