Waited ages for our food when it turned up burgers cold chips cold only thing that was right was the milkshake, at least that was cold. Now I remember why I don't use mcdonalds anymore 😕.

Waited ages for food to eat in, then food came cold and not what was ordered. Shame the manager couldn’t organise her staff to get the orders right, apparently short staffed, she said full refund only to get half my money back! Shameful they concentrate on delivery orders and not eat ins 😡

My food was freezing cold and when I got it my drinks was missing and this was the second time I ordered it as the first time was delivered to the wrong address

I always enjoy my McDonalds I.m having it delivered at the moment mainly twice a week I’m disabled and 90 years old keep well Capt Birdseye
