Morley's

Order food by the app from the Morley’s south Norwood. The order arrived but it had missing items. Very calmly phoned the store to say that there was a missing item and if we could have it delivered. They knew there was items missing but stated that we had to order more food so we could get the food that we had already paid for and paid delivery for but they wanted us to do it again. The person I spoke to could not speak English properly but was polite. I asked to speak to the manager. He would not listen to me and kept on speaking over me and then put the phone down on me. I went to the store and the manager denied that he was the manager and said that he had left the store but continued to have a rude attitude. He was caught out when I called him by his name and answered. Other staff member gave us the food and apologised. Very unprofessional and disgraceful behaviour from the manager.
