Isleworth Kebabs

I ordered a medium size kebab which cost is £5. Well, I paid by card and I noticed that they charged me £6,30. When I asked why, the owner was really rude saying that he is very honest... he does not like the way I was looking at him and finally, that he was fasting so that is why he was making mistakes. I had not say something wrong to him, just why It was £6,30 instead of £5, and he started to yelling at me like crazy. I asked for a refund, because I was not to allow this guy yelling at me. He gave me my money back.

At first when I went there, I gave in my order and paid. I ended up waiting for 30 minutes just for a kebab. I thought it took long so I asked the guy when it will be ready. He seemed very aggressive and rude and said how I cannot even wait a few fu**ing minutes for my fu**ing food. I was taken back by this as it was my first visit so I still waited to judge the food. While I eventually tucked into my food at the bus stop, I found hair in it. When I took it back to them. They did not even acknowledge my existence and carried on watching TV at the back. Waste of money and it left me very disappointed as it wasted my time. I truly cannot believe how I was served.
