Urban Tanning

Terrible. This venue encouraged me to buy a course of tanning treatments a year ago, and I paid up front for three. At no point did they tell me it would expire after a year. Rang up to book my last one today and was told it had expired...what exactly has expired?? The money that I paid you in advance?? Will never ever be using this place again and strongly advise anyone else considering it to take their business elsewhere.

Had been coming here for a while but stopped due to the rude man! Well by surprise I saw on Facebook they are under new management!!!! Omg what a difference, so calm really nice ladies working in there... also they are giving free Sunbed creams BONUS

I like coming here staff are helpful and I can normally fit a subbed in to my lunch break . The turn over on the sun beds is high but the beds are good and always clean .I see that the girls there work hard to unsure this despite the high turn over . When I can I also book a wax I'm very happy with the results .

They can improve by remember people coming to a spa type facility to have a relaxing time. I spent 30mins in this salon that i really wish I had spent elsewhere! I purchased 10mins in a standing sun bed. While I was dressing and preparing to leave I was harassed by a man working there telling me I was taking too long. After I explained that I was simply reading the UV advice in the room, he shouted at me saying I should have changed in 2 mins and spending any longer is not allowed...rude manner-less staff. far from the relaxing experience I was hoping for.
