I haven't done my piercing there yet but I called up regarding a piercing I already had that was causing my problems. They were very helpful and as soon as I'm healed I shall be redoing my piercing there.

My 11 year old daughter had a newly pierced stud earring embedded in the hole. Sean advised us on what earrings to get, and then removed the earring that was stuck,and replaced it with the new ones. Very gentle,professional and reassuring with my daughter. Could not recommend them highly enough. Avoid ear piercing at Claire's and stick to the real professionals like Steel Beauty!

good tattoo's but not so good enviroment, more like a child day care with baby things all over the shop floor, quite rude at times asking people not to make noise so you dont wake the kid up.
