Exceptional Minicab service provider in the Harrow. Use for London City Airport, Taxi reach on time, very cooperative driver Stephen and fixed charges.

Pre booked a week beforehand but never turned up. Three phone calls later it turns out that no can had ever been assigned. 15 mins after the cab was due we were told it would be another 15-20 mins. When I said this was not good enough they just hung up on me. Cowboys!!

Booked a week before and received email confirmation. After waiting for 10 mins called them to find out what was happening. Told they would call me back with an update but nothing heard so I called them again. More fobbing off followed and then they hung up on me. Utter cowboys - suggest you avoid them like the plague and use Bolt who came to the rescue.

Booked a Cab from Premier Inn Greenford to Wembley on Sunday for 1800.

Time booked 1308. Got confirmation and agreed price.

1738 got call saying taxi would be 1 hour late or longer. I asked why because it was booked earlier. They hung up leaving me in a right mess with two young kids.

Absolutely horrendous service, DO NOT USE if your journey is important or time critical.

The main improvement is having proper qualified and professional drivers. After arranging an airport pick up 40 minutes after landing, for the price of £33 plus the car park, the driver arrived half an hour later than the time arranged, had nothing with the passenger’s name written as confirmed by the office when the booking was made, and hang up the phone on me after I advised that I will not pay for the car park due to passengers waiting for so long. An hour later, he called to say he dropped the passengers on motorway as I did not agreed to pay for car park. I had literally no options to get in touch with the passengers so called the office who advised all is ok. The driver texted me later that it was a joke. On top of being so unprofessional, he even charged my friends £33 plus another £8 for parking, saying to them that if they dont pay, he won’t take them. This is so wrong on so many levels! The office staff seem professional and helpful, but the drivers are not ok at all!

Booked to go to an airport, didn’t arrive. After calling and being hung up on several times I had to call a different company.

They couldn’t contact the driver. Told me he was on his way then told me they couldn’t contact him. Which one was it?

Booked two cabs online to pick up after a wedding and received a confirmation number. The cabs didn’t arrive and when I called up they said they’d call the drivers. I called back again and they said they were checking. Called a third time and they said the cabs weren’t able to pick us up. Left 8 of us stranded in the middle of nowhere at 1 in the morning. Really disappointing service and a terrible end to what was meant to a lovely day. Do not use this company.

Use this company a lot as I go to Heathrow airport regularly for business. Always great service and very reasonable prices. I found them to be excellent for business and social travel. I'd definitely rate 5 stars and recommend to everyone

This summer New Century took us to Luton Airport. The price quoted was £32.50. The taxi came and before he moved away the taxi driver stated the price quoted but said it would cost £2.50 more to access the drop off zone .
When I organised the return journey was quoted as '£30 plus £2.50for the drop off zone fee ' which means that the outward cabbie had overcharged before the taxi even moved away. I complained and was told they 'would talk to the cabbie' I have had no further feedback from NC or offer of a refund.
So beware of this con trick, and stick to the quoted price.
Disgruntled!
