I have used this company for nearly 9 years, since I moved into the East Sheen area. 99% of staff remember me by name and treat me like a friend rather than just another fare.
The airport collection method they use is brilliant, I give them my flight number and worry no more. There always is a driver waiting with a name board even if I have landed early or late, and best of all is that the price is all inclusive as they say.
Keep it up guys!

I arranged for a pick up at heathrow. Before I booked I gave Station Cars the flight details and checked that the price was fully inclusive of waiting time and parking charges. They also had the flight details so knew when the flight arrived.
The driver sped up to hit a the luggage of a pedestrian at a set of lights who wasn't crossing fast enough and only stopped to check if the pedestiran was ok because we told him too.
I stupidly gave him a tip but he had the nerve to try and charge for parking but when I suggested I call the company he backed off.
When I phoned the company to complain it was clear they were neither shocked nor surprised and just said they'd pass the feedback on.
I would never use this company again and would urge anyone else to do the same.
I am and was very sorry to hear this complaint. I did apologise deeply and promised that NO paying customer should go through something like this at all. We sacked the driver 10 minutes after the complaint was lodged. We appreciate the feedback as this helps us correct the mistakes which are being made by our representatives. If we do not receive complaints then we would never know what is lacking in the services promised to our clients. We sincerely apologise again for this incident and regret this.
