Fabrics Galore

I think the selection is much better than you get at most fabric shops. Sometimes they can get a little moody if you're still making your mind up when they want to close and it would be nice if they would do a late night opening even if it was only once a month but normally I find them very helpful, particularly the guy. It's really reasonably priced especially for their patterned fabric.

I absolutely 100% recommend this shop, the guys are very patient, when I'm choosing my selections, also very cheap. Always buy from them @ shows!!! & you can ring & they send any fabrics you want in the post.

Paul and his staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My sister and I came all the way from Spain just to buy fabrics there. The range is veeeery wide and the prices unbeatable. We will definitely return on our next trip to London.

Just the best people on the planet. I buy from them at quilt shows, fabulous quality, lovely prints. They show patience beyond belief at the people who stand there asking them to cut ¼ metres of 20 or so fabrics when the queue is long! I wouldn't, I would have asked for a 1 metre minimum cut, but these are the good guys.
I normally buy by the bolt!

After receiving unbelievably rude service not once, not twice but four out of five times, I have decided to no longer frequent this shop. Beautiful fabrics but lackadaisical staff with very poor customer service skills. Sadly I cannot reccommend this shop.

Berwick street eat your heart out! I went to this local fabric shop toady and it has one of the best collection of fabrics
I have seen, they ve got Liberty!! Craft, dressmaking and soft furnishing fabric.

A good, wide range of fabrics at reasonable prices (although it's always useful to have them even lower of course!). I particularly noticed some lovely shirting and quite a good range of cotton fabrics suitable for quilting.

The staff were helpful, friendly and courteous.

Very easy to access the shop via bus as the stops are nearby.

A very limited haberdashery is maintained as the shop's focus is on fabrics so don't expect to find for instance all the colours of threads.
