I bought a folding table for my dad and found out that it is unstable on the carpet- rocks and falls over on the longitudinal side. Within 20 minutes of buying I went to return but the shop keeper would not take it back and would not refund the money. He was only willing to exchange. I didn’t want anything else. He would not refund regardless. So I told him to keep his table and the money. Both shopkeepers didn’t reconsider. So, I left paying for goods without the goods. Really disappointing customer care. I told him this was unlawful haram money which he will have to account for in the day of judgement.
