Tile Giant

Visited Tile Giant Dulwich yesterday and today, was presently surprised by the excellent service I received, I didn’t mention to them but I’m actually a property developer who spends thousands of pounds at various tile shops across the country, for me customer service is very important and the level of service I received from Aaron at the Dulwich branch was 2nd to none.

You now have a new customer for life,

My Husband and I visited the Dulwich store today. We were greeted by Anthony and Aaron both were extremely welcoming. I have been struggling to source a specific style of tile and dado for some time and now we are on a very tight time frame as our tiler is s scheduled for next week. Anthony knew immediately what I was after and spent time and effort putting us on the right track, he referred us to the show room in Croydon and colleague Robert. Croydon had our items on display so we could visualise them. Excellent customer service and product knowledge. Thankyou

I needed tiles for my bathroom and a very nice polite man named Peter took lot's of time to speak to me and help me out to make sure I got just what I needed.
