I was treated appallingly by the Sales Manager, she shouted at me, berated me for not buying from her, wasting her time & hung up on me. I was really upset, rude & unprofessional. For a South America holiday they came over £1200 pp more expensive than other agencies.When I thanked her for her itinerary & explained that I've found my holiday she went ballistic! Shouted that I should have told her, she's wasted time on me & this is her job not mine etc. I was astounded - very hurtful when unprovoked.
