The worst travel agency, get money from you and reserve tickets for few weeks and then cancel your tickets, will never give refund back.

They just reserve ticket in the first place never pay money to airlines and eventually your ticket will be cancelled and refund you never get it back.
In worst case book if you think they are real please please please book with credit card at least you can claim your money back from section 75 (credit provider has a legal responsibility if things go wrong with something you purchase using credit) and be prepared for unexpected cancellation and no refund
