Excellent service, goof prices often cheaper than online.
I like speaking to one particular person so sometimes have to call I few times.

Can only comment on booking flights/hotels to ISRAEL. Once you get to speak to someone their service is EXCELLENT, friendly,knowledgeable,best prices. The problem is getting to speak to someone! They usually only have one person dealing with Israel,which can often delay getting information/booking for days. The directors of this company, in common with many companies these days, have made a big mistake in thinking they can save money by not employing enough staff cos they're losing far more money in alienating/losing frustrated customers!
