Not a good travel company, some managers are not professional

Booked my first coach trip with them to enjoy Valentine's Half Term - The 4 Day Paris Tour.

They seemed great when booking the tour and ensured every facility which then turned sour on the actual trip. Detailed review on the review centre website - Username DaQueen.

When asked and made suggestions about improvements, the company got very defensive hiding behind excuses, making feeble apologies and left a what you would call bad taste in the mouth.

I would suggest to get all your answers to questions asked in writing and not trust their call centre be it even minor queries.

Overall, Star Tours UK used to be good and so used on a friend's recommendation who was surprised and embarrassed too but new cost cutting and poor response to critiques have made them a bad experience.

We booked for the beginning of August for a tour to Paris 3 days. Our driver and tour manager was great! They did an outstanding job taking us everywhere on time. They even took us to places that were not on the itinerary and gave us a rare luxury of shopping time, we even had time to go up the arc de triumph. They took us on a long way around Paris so we could enjoy more sights then what they said on the book. We and our guests from USA really enjoyed the tour.

We went recently on a European Explorer tour, and it was amazing thank you Paul our tour manager for the great memories.

Rubbish service and terrible tour, not organised at all! boarded the coach and they realised they got a smaller coach, so I was left with not seat, lucky few pax agree to keep the childred on the lap! shammbles no apologies at all

Get better and qualified tour guides. We had the worst trip and this is partly due to the tour guide allocated who did not respect the customers and most importantly the elderly. The tour we went on was Italy by flight.
