Gerry's Visa Drop Box

As far I know this service is mainly dealing with visa for Pakistan.
And have visited some of Gerrys office in London and other places.
The service has always been poor.
Workers mainly Pakistani origen.
The website say it's open and the telephone never work or not answering.
When you get there after tiring journey the
Door is closed. Totally unprofessional.
For the past one week I have visited four of the office all four were the same situation .
Birmingham, Manchester, Bradford and today London Stratford.
Seeing all these reminded me off the Pakistan's airline PIA that got baned from service in most of the world large airports and economists.
That poor attitudes has become part of the country's national DNA unfortunately.
Instead of being good and renouncing from the shoke of corona virus Pakistan seem to be going down rother and these poor attitudes acting in every sectors which can become disaster for the future generation and the country will be poorer and poorer.

Sorry for what I said is what I have seen.
That's real life experience.
Wish every thing was better than I have seen.
And hope future generations can change all that. But if it's part of DNA then hard to say what could happen in the next 20-50 YEARS.

What a poor service , there is no notice that why they are closed and no updates plz if can’t do the job let the professional handle it.

very unprofessional, I visited gerry Stratford today. their office was closed and there was nothing displayed on the door or windows to say that why we are closed and when the office will be open for usual business. I understand that they are closed because of Corona virus but on the website it shows open .

Staff members really need to improve their customer service skills.
Really unhelpful and unprofessional.
