Sas Salon

Possibly the most horrific salon experience I’ve ever had. The manager and man at the desk are the rudest people I have ever spoken to. I’m a young girl and came to have my hair done for my brothers wedding which was starting two hours later. I was quoted £45 on the phone. I came in and was told it was £60. I asked to speak to the manager and he turned around and said I can’t speak to you now. The receptionist took me to the back of the salon, yelled at me and reduced me to tears. I’ve been supporting this salon for 5 years and never intend to go back after walking out.

I have been using this salon for a few years and was charged £30 the last time I went for a haircut It was very disconcerting as the hairdresser was constantly answering the phone and not concentrating on the haircut, which is terrible with no shape at all. I then went to the desk to pay and was told it was £67 which I said was not correct and was instantly told that I could pay £47 I left there very unhappy and will not be going back.

Wow, what a wonderful salon! I needed my hair cut desperately, so I took advantage of their promotion-£30 for haircut/blowdry mon-fri. It is one of the best cuts I have ever had and definitely the best blow out. Speedy quick, too- I was in and out in 40 minutes.

Was really disappointed with the actual haircut and service offered. The staff need to be more attentive; lots of glum faces standing around creating a poor atmosphere, not very welcoming at all. At the end of the haircut I wasn't even shown the obligatory back and sides with a mirror - just hurried along and ushered out.
