I turned up to my appointment only to find out that their online system had double booked for the slot I booked for. I was not happy about this as they made me wait until the next person became available. The hairdresser I had was very rude and unwelcoming. To top it off, they tried to charge me me more than what I owed. A generally very unpleasant experience so I would definitely not recommend this place.

Great service and brilliant staff but the salon now has the strangest colour of radioactive green on the wall. Hurts the eyes when you have to sit in the chair for an hour!
