Terible, terible, terible. I booked apointment to have my nails done, when I arrived I was told that the lady who is doing nails is not here as from now she starts work later. When I asked why nobody called me as I left my number when doing booking, I just heard: what you want me to do??? Absolutely horrible response, I will never go back to this salon. The owner should learn how to treat other people especially his customers.

I highly recommend Tony and his team, he is great! I've been getting my haircut from Tony for 3 years and always feel really comfortable and he always makes my hair look lovely. My experience has always been great at Beleza and will not stop going to this salon!!
