Shane I can’t take the one heart away , they don’t even deserve that . My daughter was left with sores , bumps and severe headache after a simple kinky twist hairstyle . She was in so much pain , the hair had to be removed . I contacted the manager Emmanuel to explain that the partings were not straight , hair was caught and was pulling from one box to another . The top was small box partings and the bag was large partings . It was all uneven and looked like a mop. I explained to him the my daughter was in severe pain and requested that they redo the hair and rectify their mistakes or provide me with a refund . To which they refused , I even had to seek legal advice . The damage to the scalp was so severe , my daughter cried for days .parents please please do not send yourselves or your kids here . These evil spiteful people only care about the money and not the quality . I will make sure I continue to spread the word about this shameless salon and distasteful manager who I’m sure is a parent himself , but did not give a damn about my daughter and the pain she was going through , even though they caused it.!

These ladies do an excellent job on a person's hair and the braids are never too tight. Highly recommended.
