Head South Hair & Beauty

I have been using Head South for years. Very safe pair of hands. They are reliable, courteous and do their best to accommodate you. My thin highlighted frizzy hair always comes out looking great! Good colour. Good cutting. The staff stay a long time and get to know you and your hair. All are happy to help out. Occasionally the telephone service is abrupt and unhelpful because a junior has answered the phone (I have noticed that the sullen juniors don't stay long!). Adelaide, the recently returned beautican, is fab.

After a bad night with my newborn, I wasn't sure if I'd make my appointment. But we made it and all the staff were so helpful, taking turns to hold my baby. Congratulations to Nigel and his team for such a great experience. Warm, friendly, genuine people. And my hair looks fabulous.thank u!

Was not impressed with the service I received here - From the greeting at the reception to the blow dry I asked for. The staff appeared dis-interested, distant and rude. My hair was over-loaded with products and I left feeling like my hair was still dirty. I would not recommend this place.

I went to see Jenny; the beauty therapist at Head South on the recommendation of a friend.
The facial was beyond expectations and was the best facial I've ever had (and I've had alot). Jenny went above and beyond in terms of making my facial heavenly.

I recieved a scalp massage whilst being steamed, and the most amazing neck and shoulder massage whilst i had a face mask on.

Truly the best facial experience I've ever had with good advice and a 'no pressure' sales approach to products.

I left more relaxed than I've felt for ages and can't wait till I can go back!
