As a costomer for more than 8 years I was never so dissappointed with cool cut like I am today. I walked in and met the lovely recepcionist that I know for many years and she welcomed , she is wonderfull always. I always go there when I can and even recommend the place to all my friends from here and Saudi . I then booked a hair cut for my 13 years old dougther for 2:00. I waited for 1:30 min without a problem and was happy to wait. The disappointement startd when the stylist that was going to cut my girl hair came to me where I was sitting and started to lift my girl hair up in front of other customers and telling me that she had neats, again not a problem if she had done it in private and no in front of other people, the lovely lady sitting next to me was shaking her head in disaproval of the stylist behaviour.
It was not the first time it happened it did happen before and I was told in private and in a very polite way by the people that were dealing with me on that particular day, and it was fine I understand they concern It is very good that they care for the other customers heath safety I appreciate that . What I don't appreciate is the fact that they embarrassed my girl in front of other people and she was in tears. To make it worse they called they manager to speak with me and she wasn't nice at all , fake smile, fake face and annoying way of trying to be nice .
She again sat my girl in a chair in the middle of the room and started to search for the neats in front of everybody, I got so angry that I lost it and really had a go at her. I work with children from every social class and I love what I do my priority is to never embarrass a child . In my job I make children feel respected.
This manager have no idea of how to deal with people and I hope that I never have to see her again in my life. She kept on saying a fake sorry that she didn't need to if she had behaved in a professinal way. I will not go back there again.
My little girl is very sad.

When I first discovered Cool Cuts 6 years ago, I was a little apprehensive.. having tried all the big names around Chelsea and Knightsbridge (with not very satisfactory results), I was just not sure.. yes, I'm a little on the fussy side. I like value for money but want a great experience for my hard-earned cash. I have to tell you that I love how they they are friendly (with a big smile) but efficient (take your coat, and that you never have to wait very long..yes, I'm impatient too!).. A great wash followed by a nice firm scalp massage.. My stylist (Lisa) is just sublime! Over the years, she's not only cut my hair but now oversee the style factor for ALL my three daughters AND my husband..and we ALL have very different hair types to each other!! They listen, they advise, we agree and then proceed. If I'm not entirely happy (told you I'm fussy), it is fixed immediately. I am a very happy and satisfied customer and have, over the years, also recommended them to many many girlfriends who have in turn also become loyal customers and brought THEIR families too! That says it all. Thank you Cool Cuts.. not sure what I'll do when we have to move to another country!!!

I have just had the best wash cut colour and dry. Been a customer for 5years but I asked for an update and am thrilled with the result. Great service. Creative styling manageable on a daily basis. Always good service on arrival. Even the assistants remember what I like to drink

I've been going to Cool Cuts for years and I think they're great! You're always greeted with a nice smile and don't wait long before your coat is taken and you are given a lengthy head massage before having your hair cut quickly, but very well. I always look forward to getting my next hair cut!

It's easy to get a booking because the hairdressers and not in demand! The service was lovely, but the hairdresser did not seem to know what he was doing and gave me the same haircut I had when I was 9 - i.e. cut dead straight all the way around. I found it hard to mask my disappointment when he showed me the back. The haircut took all of 15 minutes and no styling was involved. I felt embarrassed of the cut as I left and couldn't wait to get home and try and make it look better. I did not tip and I will not return. I suppose you get what you pay for.

Easy to get a booking which is fantastic! My stylist Cassidy was one of the most upbeat and friendly people I have ever met which was awesome, and her advice, style and cutting skills are really second to none. It is nice to have such a talented hairdresser who will actually listen to you as well.

Wish I could come here everytime but I don't live in London so this will have to be a one off thing , a real shame for me!!
