They have nice people working there who do their best but the techniques they are taught to use are not efficient, nor do they result in a quality blow dry. They put too many products in your hair which make it look greasy before you've even started and they use a hard brush which damages and breaks your hair. Furthermore, they curl with tongs instead of a round brush which takes much longer and results in a less natural looking blow dry.
