Cannot leave that bad review un-countered.
Since I found this salon (with a special offer coupon) a few years ago, I have been nowhere else. Tracy's cut is fantastic. I have fine, straight hair and need a bob that gives it life and bounce. I've tried various lengths, including a super short bob, but all look great and stay effective with minimum attention.
Staff are all friendly and efficient; not intimidating, but professional and well-informed about hair! No hidden charges, either.

Worst haircut ever! I purchased an offer on groupon for this hairdressers. The staff were rude n clearly need to learn how to cut hair. I will have to keep it tied up for the next few weeks until things even out! I do not recommend you go here!

Wow Ma'jon!!!

I got a voucher for Christmas that including a wash , cut & colour treatment from Ma'jon.
I am always worried about changed my style but one day took a leap of faith and cut my own fringe! MISTAKE
Jon cut my hair and sorted out my fringe! He was so professional and knew exactly how to work with my hair as its naturally curly but I also wear it straight. It now looks beautiful both ways!

OMG and the colour! I had my ends coloured purple! I am sooo happy with it, it looks amazing really exceeded my expectation my miles!

I purchased a beauty deal which includes 2 visits to Ma'Jon. I went for the wash, cut and blow dry recently and have to say I am very happy with my cut.
Tracy was great, listened to what I wanted, gave me her opinion and we decided on what to go with.
Hair looks great and I have had a lot of compliments!
Will definatley be going back.

My boyfriend and I popped in here after a visit to the National Museum because he was in need of a mid-vacation cut. He asked for a trim but the stylist who did his hair (I don't recall her name but I think she might have been the owner) took one look at it and told him she hated his hairstyle and gave him a completely different cut. Thank goodness she did because it looked amazing! We live in Toronto and he still hasn't been able to find someone to do half as good a job. Wish I remembered this lovely lady's name because she was awesome!

I absolutely love this place. I have been coming here for six years and have always come out smiling from ear to ear.. If you are looking for a hairdresser that totally understands hair and colours then look no further.

I was approached by a member of the Majon Marketing Team to discover their salon on Museum Street. At first look, I thought that this might be a little too good to be true but after verifying with the salon, I decided to take the plunge and try out a new salon (my usual hairdresser left his salon and I had no way of finding him).

I attended the Salon for the first time yesterday to try the colour visit. I have to admit, my highlights look great (I even had a few comments from colleagues this morning). I didn't know what to expect as I have not tried a new salon in ages but I was so impressed with the atmosphere and services that I re-booked for my next colour visit in 8 weeks time.

I would recommend this salon to anyone who's looking for a new salon around the Holborn Area

DO NOT by any accounts go here! It was the worst experience of my life!! Firstly I was sat next to a woman who was swearing her head off, secondly I was booked in with a creative director who soon let slip she was just a stylist although I had already paid, thirdly when I was taken to the sink to have my hair washed I had to ask the hairdresser to rinse the dye and scum out that was left from the previous person, before i allowed her to wash my hair.

Above all this it was the worst hair cut I have ever had and I had to pay another salon to rectify her birds nest. My hair was down to my waist and after only saying i wanted a trim, it is now 6 inches shorter. Not only is it significantly shorter but one side is longer than the other and I have random tufts sticking out everywhere.

Even the lady sat next to me left in tears at the state of her hair!!

Horrendous place, never ever go there!!!

I have come to this salon as I had finally found a hairdresser who 'understood' my head and hair - and about a year ago, he moved to this salon. It is a common misconception that mens haircuts will not differ much between £6 and £60, this might be true in the first few hours after the cut, but the difference shows more with every day thereafter. Precisely this understanding and the warm and flexible welcome you receive in this salon make it a great choice (and at under £30 for a cut n style, great value)!

I've been going back to Ma'jon for years and have recommended them to many friends and colleagues who've admired their work. Amazing colour, brilliant cuts and proper value for money. I have to admit I've strayed when lazy and wanting a 'quick trim..' and always end up going back to have the damage undone. I am really fussy and they are great.

I have had the best two haircuts at this salon.

I have short hair and it must be cut well - after disasters in Leeds, I headed into this salon when staying in the area. I came out with beautifully cut hair and it's also not expensive for London.
