- Please treat every customer with respect as an equal human being. Please stop relentlessly criticizing customer's basic right of politely smiling back in response to your question, and please respect customer's right to have thinking time for what is outside their budget.

- Please reexamining your strategy of pressurizing customer to do extra treatment that they did not want.
What you promote as a big discount might translate very differently financially to your customer. "ie. pressuring customer to spent another £35 (after discount) for something they did not ask for, on top of charging them more than £10 more what list price. Spending £70 in one go is quite a big deal."

- Please clarify your written price list in relation to the different prices you intend to charge in accordance to different hair length. Your price list was misleading.
Please initiate to agree on price accordingly in the beginning if it is going to be different from the fixed

Pay attention to the customer needs before cutting the hair!
My long haircut was extremely rushed & wasn't even cut properly...£26 for a 10mins dry cut is rather cheeky and easy money for them I say!
I will not recommend it or go back again!
I can't wait for my hair to grow out so I can have a proper even cut!
