Very disappointed, I specifically booked an appointment to see Marlene the head hairdresser at this salon with high hopes of her impressive online portfolio.

I requested her specifically when I arranged the appointment. Having booked off half a days holiday especially for the appointment and travelling all the way into central london I was told on arrival that Marlene wasn't available and casually asked if I wanted to re book.

I expressed my frustration at not receiving a phone call and the time out of my schedule that had been waisted, didn't get much of a response. Won't be returning or recommending this salon.

Very dissapointed. Firstly they told me the date when I will get my extensions done, but then when I came in into salon, they didn't even know that I have a booking. Secondly I had to wait another 2-3 weeks. Thirdly they told me one price in the beginning and completely different price at the end. Fourthly they lied about hair quality and origin, as we agreed on Russian hair, I got Indian instead. Fifth - they said its keratin extensions and it's actually most cheap one, with the glue... Now I can't get rid of those ugly extensions... And I have them only 2 months!!!
