Supercuts

I had my hair done at Wood Green Supercuts today the 10th of November 2021. This is not my first appointment there but has never had a problem. Today my appointment was at 2.30 Pm. There was only one staff. She died my hair and left me in the seat for 2 hours whilst she was seeing to everyone else who came in even the ones without appointment. Wheshe finally came to wash my hair I told her I was freezing as I had been sitting there with wet hair. She said I should have told her. She washed my hair and apparently put some conditioner in and left me again. I asked for how long, she said 15 minutes. After 30 mins, I had enough and told her to was my hair as I was ready to walk out with wet hair. I was beginning to feel ill in that seat, she told me to complain to the manager if I'm cold, but there was no manager around. She then got me back to the chair only to leave me yet again to finish another client. She then tidied her trolley before attending to me. I was in that salon for 3 hours 30 mins. This was the worst experience with my hair not at the standard that I usually get done by other staffs in the same team. I've learnt my lesson and will never put myself through this experience again.

I have just had my hair cut at Supercuts Wood Green. I showed the hairdresser several magazine photos and made a point of telling her that I needed to be able to tie my hair back as I was going on holiday, and five minutes into the cut I reminded her that I wanted the fullness kept on the sides. By the time she'd finished I was unable to tie my hair back and I have no hair on the sides, just very short layers. What she has in fact given me is a mullet! Not the best look for my upcoming holiday. Sadly, my glasses were sitting on the table in front of me, so I didn't realise this until it was too late. Two words sum up my experience of Supercuts Wood Green - NEVER AGAIN!
