Bitterly disappointed with the service levels of this salon.
Booked a full head highlights (£118) and blow dry (£39) for my mum for her birthday. First time appointment.
She was completely underwhelmed with the end result and left with a dull colour rather than the brighter one that she was expecting, had become accustomed to at other salons (before they closed or moved on) and had requested with the stylist beforehand.
I got in touch with Danny to share photos and feedback. While he was courteous with his time, he offered absolutely nothing by way of a treatment/redo, etc to improve the situation and instead just offered a bunch of reasons and justifications defending the work. This is a poor reflection not only on his commitment to customer satisfaction, but also the ability to set and meet customer expectations as this should have all been set out in the prior consultation, after which my mum could have made an informed decision whether to go ahead with the treatment or not, especially as she had emphasised how bright she wanted it. There should be a much clearer explanation of what customers are going to get for their money in situations like this.
