Incredibly unaccommodating. Whilst I was 10 min late due to the delays caused during a two hour trip I had made to come to the hairdressers, (I’d booked an extra long appointment due to long hair, but they didn’t care). I was turned away at the door, however, not before I was offered to have a cut and a blow dry that I didn’t need. Presumably this is because of the November offer of 50%. I proposed to wait a bit and be flexible (taking my responsibility for causing a delay), but again the staff couldn’t care less, even as the salon had one other customer in it.. I have previously waited up to 30 minutes when they have been running late, which happens often as they try to overbook as much as possible. I am also a frequent customer, not that the salon seemed to care very much. In any case, after 7 years, I have found another hair salon and will not be coming back.

Arrived 8 minutes late for my appointment and was turned away. Apparently they were busy as they had a colour sale on. Perhaps they make more money from colouring than from standard styling. Anyway it seemed rather petty and unaccomodating to me. I was a repeat customer but they did not seem to care and told me I arrived halfway through my appointment. I have waited longer than 16 minutes just to get started in the past.
The salon staff seem quite blase and the service is generally impersonal. This is not a cheap salon either and I will certainly not be visiting it again.

Went to Headmasters recently and was seen as a stand-by by Maxine, I didnt know who I was gonna get and to be honest was apprehensive having heard mixed things about the quality of stylist available.

Maxine is in a different class to (and a bit of a babe to boot) any other hairdresser I have ever had cut my hair, I understand that shes one of the highest qualified stylists in the saloon and her normal prices will make your eyes water but you get what you pay for I guess.

Will be going back again and hopefully I'll get Maxine again, if I'm lucky!!
