Toni & Guy

It was my partners birthday treat to go to Toni and guys in Romford, she had messed around with colours approx a year previous but had not touched it until she went there.

The state of hair before arrival was very healthy with a couple inches of mis-coloured hair from previous dye.

She asked for brown hair with copper low lights.

First mistake - by there staff was there stripped the hair, ALL THE HAIR, including the hair that was natural that didn't need to be stripped. They went on to dye it twice with what is ment to be "brown with a warmth to it"

This has to be the best hairdressers in Havering. I go to the training school for my colour. And have always been completely satisfied with the results. They may only be junious training but they know what they are doing. And confident too. I have been going to Toni and Guy for about 3 years now. Had tried other hairdressers but came out dissapointed. Once i tried Toni and Guy i have never been anywhere since. Cannot praise them enough. I tell all my friends to go there. Just had my hair coloured recently by a young fella called Jo. And full marks. My hair looks so natural and i love it. So i say a big thank you to Jo. To think i Only paid £35 for half a head of highlights with a darker blonde in between. It really has made such a difference to the way i looked before. So very pleased with the results. The service i get too is spot on. I had read other comments about Toni and guy and i just had to put the record straight. This is by far the best hairdressers you can get. Jen
