Leslie Paul

I took my watch in to have a link taken out the strap. Leslie stopped what he was doing, threw on a headset with magnified lenses which made him look like a fish and in less than five minutes had my strap fitting me perfectly. He put the link he'd taken out into a little envelope and handed it to me, and charged me only five quid. He was friendly and courteous, and there's an air of old world expertise and craftsmanship about him and his little shop that was really appealing. Highly recommended.

I have taken two watches into Leslie Paul. The first was a very expensive watch for a new battery. The new battery ran out after three months but they refused to change it. The other was a Toy Watch whose winder was sticking. When I picked it up there was further damage for which Leslie Paul refused to take responsibility for. In summary I would never use this Company again ever.
