Terrible service. Reading the two reviews it seems they have this problem in general when it comes to their sizing. Ordered a suit and their measurments are way off, do not take orders if your staff cannot even take measurments properly. When I went back to get the problem resolved they were very rude and tried to charge for tailoring when they initially said it was free. Your mistake, you fix it without charge!

Their service is really bad, they sell you a suit, no where to try it on and then refuse to alter fitting if it's not right. Don't buy from here

When I bought an outfit from them the seller persuaded me to buy it on the basis that I would get the alteration done free of charge. However, when I went to the shop few days later, I was told I would have to pay an extra £20 charge just to have the length altered & the man at the shop was very rude to me. He refused to give me any details like his name or the name of his manager.
