I brought a outfit from here on 25th may 2024, I paid £200 the man in the shop told me I can get it fitted in the same price as they work alongside raj Taylor’s who are 2 shops away from Bombay fashion.
The man in the shop told me 25min it will take me to get the fitting done and I need to go to tan Taylors, I went to rajTaylor’s the lady Said 2 hours wait, I drove 3 hours to get to green street and I could not wait 2 hours extra, I told her I will come tomorrow again will it be ready for 1130am she said yes, I went into the store at 6pm and they had the bloody attitude to say it’s not ready! I told them I drove from far away and u told me it will be ready for 1130am I still came later which should of given you more time to do the fitting, tan Taylor’s said it’s not our problem we have enough customers if you don’t want it done by us then don’t we didn’t force you. I told them this was bad customer service they said we don’t care it’s your choice!

No1 it was not my choice I was told by bombay fashion they work with raj Taylor so it will be done in 25min but it wasn’t even done by next day.

No2 yes it’s not their issue as they didn’t pay £200 for the dress

No3 they don’t care because they get their commission from Bombay fashion by doing fraud with customers.

Very very very very disgusting bad service by Bombay fashion and raj Taylor
They have no common sense how to do business or talk to customers all they want is money in the pocket. Never again I will shop from here and I would advice do not go in Bombay fashion or raj Taylor’s as they are nice to you at first but once you pay the money they don’t care about customer service or value you as a customer

Disappointing on you raj Taylor and Bombay fashion

At first he was nice when placing the order…but I needed to get my choli remade from India which took him 6 months to make. Went back to the shop 6 months later for my choli and it was still in India...when I demanded for a refund his tone and attitude became more aggressive and rude. I had to then deal with him speaking in Punjabi to put him in his place where I embarrassed him in front of his customers. However, 8 months later there is still no choli or no refund of money. I have officially given up chasing for my lengha. He has basically stollen my money in broad day light.

Me and my sister ordered a dress for our uncles wedding, we had very bad service my sisters dress came completely wrong it was waaay to short. We were only able to refund her dress and not mine as it was altered to my size, however if her dress had came out nice we could have taken them both home. Your shop kept saying that we should consider it as a human error but you always failed to call if there was any problems, and also it came very late so we now have a shorter time to look for something else, alongside the fact that we still lost out on nearly 200 pounds! so dissapointed, I definetly wont be returning to this shop again.

Ordered two outfits five weeks ago, been told it will take no longer than 4-5 weeks to be made. Had to constantly call up to the coming weeks to find out if they have come in. Got no calls or any form of communication from them informing me of any update. On collection I go to find the order is totally wrong!!! The colour is not what I ordered. The size is not what I ordered. The specifications of the dress is not what I ordered! Was very disappointing as I had to to wear this for my cousins wedding. Ruined my time!

Ordered a Maduri dress that was coming from India, with one month notice, the day we came to collect the assistant said it was with the courier, come back in 4 days. Then 4 days passed then it was next week, then the week after.. Yet no dress. We had to eventually buy something else. Apparently this is not unusual for that shop.
