The service on the day I ordered the dress was fantastic. I felt at ease and the ladies were very kind.
The date my dress was supposed to arrive passed and I hadn’t heard anything. I contacted zarkan of London. Each time I was told to ring back later, finally I was told someone would ring me back. They never did. After a week I managed to speak to someone who stated the dress was late. I understood these things happen so I was happy as long as they kept me up to date.

I finally got a call to say my dress had arrived. when we arrived for our appointment the shop was closed. 40 minutes later the shop opened and the lady said she had forgot. There was no apology.
I tried on the dress and soon realised the trail had not been added, nor had the interior lining. The dress was not ready at all. The lady said ‘these things happen.’ Again no apology.

Buying from this shop was the most stressful part of my wedding experience and I would never shop from them again.

To everyone reading this message, I recieved great service from Zarkan London based in Green Street London. Not only did they have beautiful designs but the service was great. The wonderful staff were amazing and helped me through my process. As being a bride it can get overwhelming but they made it much easier. As I was very indecisive the lady who helped me directly was very patient and helpful and I thank her for being very supportive. Previous friends have ordered from this store and have always been happy with the outcome. The prices, service and stunning outfits are great and if you are a bride seeking for a gorgeous outfit then visit this store you won’t be disappointed.
