I went to the dress shop yesterday to get a dress and the people were extremely ignorant and rude! The lady completely disregarded me the first time I asked for a dress then I left the shop and went looking in the others, I came back and asked for the dress once more to try it on and she was very rude and said try that one when I noticed it was filthy on the Bottom I told the man who said to me that he had another when he had just before said that's the only one he had. I couldn't stand how rude they were and left straight away it was very frustrating so I suggest they get some people skills and are polite in order to sell dresses

we visited today and my daughter picked out three dresses - a fab lady suggested another dress - tried them on and the lady certainly had a good eye as we ended up with a dress she picked which was nothing like we set out for but is gorgeous - and luckily it was in stock in her size so we could take it away too. When we got home I wanted a picture of it and when we found the dress on line it was £100 more.

Amazing collection and a very professional customer service.One of the best shop on fonthill road.My daughter prom dress was ordered and was exactly the same as was in catalogue and they offer a full refund policy if goods are not satisfactory which i really doubt it as everything is amazing.
