The man hasnt got any customer service skills surprised anyone shops there. First and last time.

Owner just doesn't seem bothered I asked about a dress in the window he ignored me as he was busy on ipad.

Terrible quality the clasp on the dress had broken before I got the chance to wear it! Didn't even get a refund... I would go elsewhere ...new look wherever...nice stuff just cheap quality and terrible customer service.

I walked into the shop and the owner was so busy looking at his phone didn't even give me eye contact when I enquired about a dress to try on . Such a shame as lovely stock but id never go back in there again. I went to New look instead and they gave such better customer service. This shop clearly isn't bothered about its customers. I used to work in retail and id never treat customers in this way

The customer service is awful, it took the store owner 5minutes to look up from his iPad when I was waiting in front of him for a shoe (too busy watching horse racing) after purchasing the shoes there was no thank you. After a few visits the young girl working in the store is no better. I couldn't wait to get out the store quick enough, I will be taking my custom elsewhere from now on.
Stores decor is dated and tacky, expensive items of clothing which you could find at Dagenham market.
