Worst place to buy Indian outfits, I bought the two suits and I asked them what is the exchange policy and the owner of the shop he said I can change it with in two weeks, with in a week I went back to the shop and I asked the owner of the shop to change the suits and his reaction completely changed , I then picked a few suits and I asked him the sizes and he kept telling me lies and saying that all the sizes are gone because of Eid, he is moody and a complete liar, it’s the worst place to go and buy your outfits from.

The customer service and all round service communication etc in my experience was terrible in this place. We ordered our dresses 6 months before the wedding which we assumed is plenty of time however the dresses had mistakes after mistakes which they didn't apologies for at all instead they where rude and condescending. Two of the dresses came on the day of the wedding, when we went to pick it up they showed no respect to us or remorse of the issues nor did they apologies. Worst service I have received in a long time.

My experience in this shop was a total disaster. Myself and my family ordered outfits 3 months ago, ensuring we recieve our outfits in time for a wedding. We were told by the staff that our outfits will arrive in 2 months, however they came 3 months later, 2weeks before the wedding. As well as this, this shop has extreme communication issues. They failed to update us that our outfits arrival will be delayed by a month. In addition, their phone line had coincidently 'stopped working' when we were enquiring about picking up our outfits, which was extremely frustrating as we just wanted to know the whereabouts of our order As we were not updated about anything! However, this was not the only issue we had with this shop. When we placed our order, myself and my family were measured invidually, the staff at the time were pleasant and ensured we would recieve a pleasant service. However, when we picked up the outfits 12/14 of them came out wrong as they barely fit any of our measurements!
